I offer an integrative approach, blending therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness. The therapy is tailored to your unique story, spirituality, heritage and personal values, moving beyond western-centric models.

In our first session together, we’ll discuss your current difficulties and I’ll gather a bit of background information to better understand you, your journey and your needs.
This initial meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure that we’re a good fit. If you feel comfortable, we’ll begin exploring further to better understand your situation.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes. However, depending on the nature of the work or your needs, we can discuss the possibility of longer sessions if necessary.

The frequency of sessions is personalised. Typically, clients come for weekly or bi-weekly sessions, but this can vary depending on your preferences. We’ll discuss the best frequency for you during our initial session.

You can book an appointment online by contacting me directly through the Contact page on the website. Currently, I only offer online therapy.

I do not directly accept insurance at this time. However, many clients are able to submit their receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.

I accept payments via bank transfer and various online services. Payment is due before or at the time of the session. I will provide you with all the necessary details when you book your appointment.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. I ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee.

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share in our sessions remains private, with very limited exceptions that are outlined in the Terms of Practice. If you have any concerns, we can discuss them during our sessions.
