Therapy

Process

Therapy is a collaborative process where we commit to working together to explore your difficulties, to collect your thoughts and to better understand your situation. I aim to create a safe space, where it feels inclusive, culturally and spiritually-sensitive.

I offer a tailored, holistic approach that integrates therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and mindfulness.

You can read about practicalities relating to sessions below, and find out more about my practice in the Terms of Practice.

If this resonates with you, feel free to book an introduction session – I would be happy to think about how therapy can best support you.
